Shawna’s (Kick-Ass) Flank Steak Marinade July 20, 2006
Ingredients:
- Up to 2 lbs. Flank Steak
- 4 oz Italian dressing
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 2 tsp. powdered ginger
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¾ cup water
- 1-4 cloves garlic pressed
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a container and marinate at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
- If you are going to marinate overnight, refrigerate after the first 4-6 hours at room temperature.
- Grill or broil steak 9 minutes on each side.
- Discard extra marinade.
